How It Started
It all began with a straightforward request: launch and structure the social media presence of a high-end real estate developer. The initial mission was to set up the accounts, define a visual identity, and publish the first pieces of content—working with limited resources, but with clear ambition.
From there, the project quickly expanded.
I was entrusted with writing the full website copy. Each page was designed to reflect the company’s premium positioning, while also aligning with SEO best practices:

At the same time, I developed a blog editorial strategy focused on long-term visibility and credibility.
A Research-Driven Approach with Tangible Impact
A few months later, this very project became the foundation for my Master’s thesis. The study explored how social media impacts website performance in the real estate sector.
(Spoiler alert: lots of data and insights—but the research ended up winning the “Best Thesis” award of the year.)
The research uncovered clear patterns, highlighted friction points in the user journey, and led to a concrete action plan—fully tailored to the company’s context.
